Montessori of Plainfield celebrates 22nd Thanksgiving Dinner

Montessori of Plainfield students celebrate 22nd annual Thanksgiving Dinner together

On Friday, November 22nd, the children of Montessori of Plainfield celebrated Thanksgiving with their teachers and friends in the classroom. Their celebrations included a story about how the Thanksgiving holiday began and a feast that they prepared and shared together.

On this special occasion, the children dressed like Native Americans and Pilgrims in costumes they made themselves.

Montessori of Plainfield was founded in August of 1998 by Montessori trained teachers and sisters, Mari-Ann Unger and Linda Mora. The academic preschool and kindergarten is for children ages 3-6.
