Moscow Ballet to Hold Auditions in Plainfield Sept. 9

PLAINFIELD, IL—Young dancers ages 6-16 in the Plainfield area have the opportunity to audition for key roles in the Moscow Ballet’s iconic holiday classic “The Great Russian Nutcracker” in an open audition held Friday, September 9, 2016, at DanceQuest, 14511 Van Dyke Rd., Plainfield, IL. Those selected will have the tremendous opportunity to share the stage with world-class professional dancers in a performance held Sunday, December 4, 2016, at the Rosemont Theatre, Rosemont, IL.

Student dancers must have at least one year of ballet training, dress in dance attire and may bring Pointe shoes.

Auditions schedule is as follows:

Ages 6-8: 4:30 – 5:30 pm

Ages 9-11: 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Ages 12 & up: 6:30 – 7:30 pm
