Movie Showing of 'A Walk in the Woods' at the Plainfield Library March 4

The Plainfield Public Library will host a showing of the movie, “A Walk in the Woods,” rated R, on Friday, March 4, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. The community is invited to this free showing, which will take place in the Library’s large meeting room. The Library is located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

“A Walk in the Woods” follows travel writer Bill Bryson, played by Robert Redford, as he hikes along the Appalachian Trail with his long-lost friend, played by Nick Nolte. Refreshments will be served.
