MAX TORQUE: Fit for all levels, this weight training session will work on strength, coordination, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular health. This class is for the individual that wants to learn their potential strength using conventional, power and Olympic movements. The first 20 to 30 minutes of this class will involve a written workout. This will teach you how to be independent in the weight area. The rest of the session will be led by a trainer, with 45 second to 1 minute set ranges.

TRACTION CONTROL: Train your entire body using only unconventional exercises. Perfect for anyone wanting to improve functional strength, increase mobility, correct imbalances or improve overall strength and movement. This metabolic training will be split into 30 second to 1 minute intervals, using bands, sleds, med balls, sledge hammers, battle ropes and more.

BODY WORKS: A butt kicking, belly blasting workout that will make you feel energized and accomplished. This training session will incorporate TRX suspension, bands and body weight exercises. Focusing on toning up your arms and shoulders using long working sets with short rest periods.

TURBO KICK: A popular, fast-paced workout utilizing partner and group actions to challenge and motivate participants. Learn mitt work and heavy bag kickboxing, along with MMA style exercises.

NITROUS: High-intensity Tabata style workout tuned up the MPG way. Tabata is a high-intensity workout with short breaks in between plyometric or callisthenic exercises. The format of this class is 30 to 40 seconds’ work time with half the break time.
