No Trash Collection on Monday Due to Weather
Pickup services will be delayed by one day due to the snow and sub-zero temps.
Waste Management will not pick up garbage on Monday because of the inclement weather, according to a post on the Plainfield Public Works Department Facebook page on Sunday night.
Everything will be pushed back a day, similar to what happens when a holiday falls on a week day. It's not yet known whether the delay will be extended through Tuesday.
Sub-zero temperatures that could go as low as 15- to 19-below-zero are predicted for both days, with wind also being a factor Monday.
