Dawn Lynn Rambo, passed away at the age of 53, on Monday, April 22, 2024, at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. Dawn was born in Aurora, IL, on February 19, 1971.

Dawn loved music of all genres, she always enjoyed getting her nails painted, and loved her blingy jewelry. She had an amazing memory and always remembered important dates.
Dawn is survived by her sister, Michelle (Donald) Harazak; brother, Justin (Elizabeth) Rambo; niece, Ashley Joiner; nephews, Tyler Lawrence and Jaxon Rambo; great-niece, Natalie Figueroa; and her aunts and uncles, Diane and Theodore Dastych and Denise and Lawrence Johnson.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Sheila Lynn Egger; and her maternal grandparents, Leo and Virginia Johnson.
A Memorial Gathering for Dawn Lynn Rambo will be held on Monday, April 29. 2024, at Plattville Lutheran Church, 5475 Bell Rd., Minooka, IL from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Plattville Cemetery. As it was her request, cremation rites have been accorded.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Easter Seals would be appreciated.
