Pamela Lynn Dube

Pamela Lynn Dube, passed away at the age of 53, after a nearly three year battle with ovarian cancer, on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at Hinsdale Hospital. Pamela was born on May 31, 1969, the daughter of William Dube and Linda Monette. Born in Appleton, WI, and raised in nearby Neenah, she was a graduate of Neenah High School. Pamela furthered her education, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison and her Master’s Degree from University of Texas in Austin. She was currently the Director of the Woodridge Public Library and worked at several other libraries, including Three Rivers Library in Channahon, Joliet Public Library, and both Bolingbrook and Romeoville Libraries. She was an avid reader and enjoyed anything by Agatha Christie. Pamela also enjoyed coloring in her adult years, anything sci-fi, and watching British Television.

Pamela is survived by her mother and father; and her brother, Craig Thomas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to Woodridge Public Library, 3 Plaza Drive, Woodridge, IL, 60517.

Funeral Services for Pamela Lynn Dube will be held privately by the family. As it was her request, cremation rites have been accorded.
