I am wondering if you can check in to WHY Plainfield/Will County doesn't have an ordinance for leaving dogs outside in the cold, rain, snow, ice, frigid winter temps. I know you can call the non-emergency number and they will send an officer to the house, but that is not good enough. I'm ready to take the next step and be the voice of these poor animals that are being abused, and I DO consider neglect, abuse. Can someone tell me what I can do to be heard regarding this?
