Peter Rubi Kid's Events

Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables is essential for a child's health, growth and development, but since it can be a challenge to get kids to try new things, Peter Rubi is extending it's "Peter Rubi U" concept to children! Starting next week we will be kicking off a program that will help encourage kids to eat more fruits and vegetables by using something that kids love - stickers!   We are introducing our "Produce Pro" booklet that will allow kids to use the stickers found on produce to track what fruits and vegetables they have tried. From 10am - noon and 4pm-6pm on September 17 - 19, we will have an area in the store set up for children to assemble their own 20 page  books to take home! On Friday from 4pm-6pm we will have a kids eat free event, where they can choose one fruit or vegetable to try and then add a sticker to their collection. When they fill all the spaces in the book, they can bring it in to show us and will receive a certificate and small prize!

This is a fun family event that you do want to miss, so please share with any other families that you think would be interested!
