Plainfield Library Hosts Handmade Holiday Market Nov. 27

Escape the cold and knock a few items off your Christmas list by attending the Handmade Holiday Market at the Plainfield Public Library on Saturday, Nov. 27 from 5 to 8 p.m.

More than 35 local crafters will be on hand to sell their handmade items. From candles to wreaths and jewelry to hot cocoa bombs, shoppers will have a wide variety of gifts, decor and tasty treats to purchase during the event.

Admission to the Handmade Holiday Market is free and open to the public. The Plainfield Public Library is located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

The market coincides with other holiday events taking place in downtown Plainfield that same day, including Grinchmas On the Green at Village Green Park at 4 p.m. and the traditional lighting of the Creche at the Plymouth Congregational Church at 8 p.m.
