Plainfield Library to Show the Movie 'The Intern,' on Feb. 5

Community members are invited to a showing of the movie, “The Intern,” on Friday, Feb. 5 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the Plainfield Public Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

The movie follows 70-year-old widower Ben Whittaker (played by Robert DeNiro), who wants to get back to work after being retired. He becomes a senior intern at an online fashion site, founded and run by Jules Ostin (played by Anne Hathaway.” Refreshments will be provided at this showing.
