Plainfield Library Trustee Meeting Video for July and August

Below are links to both the July 16th and the August 20th meetings of the Plainfield Public Library board of trustees. While these were both regular monthly meetings the August meeting opened a half hour early with the separate public hearing on the annual budget. Not much activity on that and later the board approved unanimously (though one short as Trustee Hurtado was absent) the 2014-2015 budget.

Representatives from Help Save Pets dog and cat adoption organization also presented board president Sharon Kinley and Executive Director Julie Milavec with an engraved paver brick in the name of the Plainfield Public Library, to go in front of the Animal Care Center building in tribute to the successful partnership between HSP and the library for this summer’s reading program and other efforts.
