Plainfield Officials to Consider Apartment Complex, Gas Station Development

A Committee of the Whole meeting is set for Monday, Oct. 27.

Village officials and staff will meet Monday to discuss to 2014 tax levy, along with holding a workshop on a proposal to bring a new development to the southwest corner of Drauden Road and Route 126.

The proposal, from applicant HRM Development, calls for a fuel station, retail center, medical office space and a 336-apartment complex on the 38.3-acre site.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport St.
