Plainfield Park District to be featured at the Plainfield Historical Museum Beginning this Saturday!

There will be something for everyone under the theme of “LET’S CELEBRATE!” at the Plainfield Historical Museum, 23836 W Main St. Mark your calendar for February 27 between 1-4p to stop and visit. The Museum will be showcasing its newest exhibits for all of 2016, which includes the Park District.

According to Sue Hasenyager, Plainfield Historical Society member, “The Society is partnering with the Park District to focus on their 50th Anniversary. A number of significant artifacts will be on display that will tell their story of serving the Plainfield community and the growth they have experienced through the years.”
