The Plainfield Park District hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the DuPage River Trail Pedestrian Bridge on May 21 at Riverfront Center

The Plainfield Park District hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the DuPage River Trail Pedestrian Bridge on May 21 at Riverfront Center, 24321 W. Lockport St., Plainfield.

According to Village of Plainfield Mayor, Michael Collins “The bridge and trail are an enhancement for the riverfront and with further expansion to the west; we hope to complete and connect the path at Route 59 when funding is available.”
