Plainfield Park District will be at Cruise Nights beginning June 7

The Plainfield Park District is participating at Plainfield Chamber’s Cruise Nights beginning June 7 at 5p. Bring the entire family and enjoy the hospitality of the Park District and all the participating businesses in Downtown Plainfield.

To help celebrate the Park District 50th Anniversary we will be selling ceramic tiles for community member to decorate. Leave a Lasting Mark! Decorate a Memory Tile. Here’s how it works; The Plainfield Park District is selling 4 inch square tiles for $5 per tile. Decorated tiles can be donated back to the Park District and one lucky tile will be chosen to be in the time capsule, to be dedicated October 22. Tiles due back by September 9.

When you purchase a tile, you can choose to decorate the tile yourself and return it to the Park District or choose to keep the decorated tile. In either case, your donation will support the Plainfield Park District.
