Plainfield Parks Outdoor Yoga, Challenge Course Class in Sept.

Connect with nature with Yoga in the Park or learn how to navigate the new Challenge Course at Bott Park this September.

The Plainfield Park District kicks off fall with several new fitness options including yoga in the park, a challenge course primer, and a marathon day to sample new exercise classes.

Prairie Fit, the Park District’s fitness center, will be moving outside for its Yoga in the Park classes to practice and reconnect with nature. Classes run September 14-28.

Introduction to Challenge Course class is ideal for anyone interested in learning the proper techniques for maneuvering through the new outdoor Challenge Course at Gregory B. Bott Park, 24550 W. Renwick Rd. Classes offered September 5 and September 9. Best of all, it’s only $5.
