
PLAINFIELD, IL — A wanted fugitive is at large, the Plainfield Police Department said in an alert Thursday. A felony arrest warrant for Mark Maciejewski, 35, has been issued for unlawful use of a credit card, police said. Police posted the alert Thursday morning.
Maciejewski is described as 6 feet tall, 175 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
Maciejewski, of 24122 West Lockport Street in Plainfield, used to be a Bolingbrook resident, according to the village's police records. The warrant for his arrest was issued Wednesday, and appears to stem from a case out of Bolingbrook, the records show, but few details about the nature of the crime have been released.

Will County court records show Maciejewski was previously found guilty of felony theft in December of 2016 stemming from a 2013 case in Shorewood. He was sentenced to three years in the Cook County Drug Court Treatment Program, court records show.
He was also found guilty of retail theft after a 2013 case in Romeoville, records show.
