Plainfield Police's Flower Sale To Benefit Special Olympics

Officers will be selling Canna lilies in half-gallon pots, begonias and impatiens at their upcoming flower sale.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Plainfield police are gearing up to host a flower sale Sunday, with all proceeds going toward Special Olympics.

From 8 a.m. to noon at the Plainfield United Methodist Church, 15114 Illinois St., locals can stop by to shop for flowers including Canna lilies in half-gallon pots, begonias and impatiens.

Cash or credit cards will both be accepted, and prices will vary by flower type.
