Plainfield Schools Set Parent-Teacher Conference Dates

District 202 preschool, elementary, middle and high schools will hold parent-teacher conferences Nov. 2 and 3.

Once again this year, parent-teacher conference schedules align at each level, with the exception of those for Plainfield Academy and the Bonnie McBeth Learning Center. This “streamlined” schedule is designed to make it easier for parents to plan and attend conferences.

School will be held on the “Half Day” schedule on Nov. 2, 2015. The “Half Day” schedule is posted on the District 202 web site (www.psd202.org). Click on “Schools/School Links/School Times.”

• Elementary Schools (other than Lakewood Falls) will operate from 9:05 a.m. to 12:05 p.m. No school lunch for students. Kindergarten students will not attend school on November 2 or 3, 2015.
• Lakewood Falls Elementary will operate from 8:55 a.m. to 11:55 a.m.
• Middle Schools will operate from 7:55 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.
• High Schools will operate from 7:05 a.m. to 10:05 a.m.

KEY POINTS

· No school -- for all students on Nov. 3, 2015

· Bonnie McBeth Learning Center -- students will not attend school on November 2, 2015.

· WILCO – no classes on Nov. 2, 2015.

· Lunch -- will not be served at school on Nov. 2, 2015.

Nov. 2, 2015 Conference Schedule:

· Elementary -- 3:30-8:30 p.m.

· Middle and High School, Bonnie McBeth Learning Center, Plainfield Academy/TAP – 2:30-7:30 p.m.

· Turnabout -- 3:02-7:30 p.m.

· P-STEP -- students will take part in their first shift placements and then be taken home.

Nov. 3 Conference Schedule:

· All Schools – 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
