Plainfield Village Board Election Petitions Available Soon

Three trustee spots will be up for election in April.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Want to serve on the Plainfield village board? Election petition packets for the April 2, 2019 consolidated election will be available starting Sept. 18 in the village clerk's office at village hall, 24401 W. Lockport St.

Three trustee spots will be up for election, each carrying a four-year term. The spots are currently held by longtime trustee Bill Lamb, Ed O'Rourke and Brian Wojowski. Petitions can be picked up between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays. The earliest signatures may be filed is 9 a.m. Dec. 10. Petitions must be filed by 5 p.m. Dec. 17.
