Plainfield Woman, 24, Sexually Assaulted Minor: Yorkville PD

The sexual conduct occurred between January and March 2024, Yorkville police said.

PLAINFIELD, IL — A Plainfield woman, 24, was taken into custody Wednesday after Yorkville police said she sexually assaulted a minor.

Faith Hansen, of the 14000 block of South Penn Road, faces seven counts each of criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Yorkville police launched in February an investigation that indicated Hansen engaged in sexual conduct with a juvenile multiple times between January and March 2024, according to a news release.

She was taken to the Kendall County jail on Wednesday, where she awaits a pre-trial detention hearing. She's due in court on Friday, according to jail records.
