Plainfield's Youth Spectrum Singers Prepare For Spring Concert
Singers will perform songs by American, French and Canadian composers as well as a song by John Lennon and Paul McCartney.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Plainfield's community youth choir is gearing up for its annual spring concert.
Spectrum Youth Singers will perform a showcase April 21. The event will kick off at 5 p.m. at Plainfield Congregational United Church of Christ, 24020 W. Fraser Road.
In the upcoming concert, the young vocalists will sing songs by American, French and Canadian contemporary composers as well as music originating from South Africa. A song by John Lennon and Paul McCartney is also on the docket.

Tickets, available at the door, will cost $10 for adults and $5 for children.
Following the concert, the group will hold auditions for the 2024/2025 season. Youth in grades 5 through 11 interested in music and performing are invited to participate in the free audition.
