PNHS Band Boosters Announce: Edison's Enigma

Please consider supporting our students by donating to their Fall Fundraiser.

The Plainfield North Band Boosters are pleased to announce our Fall Fundraiser in support of the PNHS Marching Tigers 2019-2020 show: Edison's Enigma

Edison's Enigma shares the story of invention, captivation, failure and success experienced by the show's namesake inventor along his electrifying path to success.

Creating, choreographing and ultimately fielding a marching band production of this size and caliber requires a great deal of financial and volunteer support from our community. More than 160 marching band members will present Edison's Enigma at local PNHS football games as well as six competitions throughout Illinois. The season will conclude with performances at Illinois State University and The University of Illinois. The funds that we raise directly support needs such as: show design, staff payments, transportation costs, uniforms, equipments, props and contest day meals.

PNHS Band Boosters is a not-for-profit organization of volunteers with a sole function of providing support to the PNHS band programs. Our program provides a unique opportunity for students to participate in a team environment with both student mentors and faculty support. The students will spend over 300 hours in practice for marching band alone. Marching band is a unique team sport in that we field all members of the band during all performances. We must raise of $50,000 annually to offer this program to our student community. More information about out organization can be found via this link:
