Public invited to a program about Hamilton's Women on July 13

Community members are invited to a program on Thursday, July 13 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Plainfield Public Library, located at 15025 S. Illinois St. in downtown Plainfield.

In this living-history program, meet the real women in Alexander Hamilton’s life: his wife, Elizabeth Hamilton; her sisters, charming witty Angelica Schuyler Church and high-spirited Peggy Schuyler van Rensselaer. Actress and scholar Leslie Goddard, portrays all of these exceptional women. Funded by a generous gift from the Plainfield Library Foundation.
