Ridge Elementary School Host First Annual McTeacher's Night

Principal Stacey DiBitetto, teachers, and support staff from Ridge School volunteered behind the counter on Tuesday, October 8th at the Plainfield McDonald's located on Route 59, where they served students and their families in their first annual fundraiser.
School Social Worker, Amanda Lulek, sang and danced around the restaurant encouraging students to purchase a delicious apple pie while teachers tended the front counter, served ice cream and presented delicious food at the drive-thru.

The proceeds from the 163 apple pies sold will help support the Ridge staff social committee. Twenty percent of the proceeds from the McTeacher's Night sales were donated directly to the Ridge Sunshine Committee.
"InteGRITy with GRIT. Thank you Kory Management for welcoming the Ridge Raptors. We loved connecting our school into your community." stated Principal Dr. Stacey DiBitetto.
