School Shooting Threat Posted On Snapchat Joliet Central

I received a recorded call this morning regarding a threat of a school shooting at Joliet Central High School. The message stated that students saw the threat on Snapchat and reported it to the school. The school is taking adding additional safety precautions and stated that their will be a heavy police presence and heavier use of metal detectors today.

My daughter goes to West but I am keeping her home today- parents keep your children safe!
