Missing Plainfield Man Found Safe: Sheriff
Charles Sharp was reported missing after he was last seen Monday morning.

PLAINFIELD, IL — The Will County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday said a missing Plainfield man has been found safe. Spokeswoman Kathy Hoffmeyer said Charles W. Sharp Jr., 67, was found safe at a hotel in Darien. She said she did not have any further information on his disappearance.
On Tuesday, the Will County Sheriff's Office issued a press bulletin seeking the public's help in finding Sharp, saying he went missing on Monday morning from his home in the 21000 block of West Empress Lane. Authorities said he left without his cell phone, driving a light blue Honda CR-V, four-door sports utility vehicle, with Illinois license plates #TL1630.
"Mr. Sharp’s wife reported that her husband left the house shortly after 6:30 a.m. while she was in another room of the house. Mr. Sharp has been diagnosed with depression and had a 9 a.m. doctor’s appointment in Hinsdale. He never arrived to that appointment," Will County Sheriff's officials said.

Will County Sheriff's officials asked anyone with information about his whereabouts to call 911.
