Spooktacular Returns To Downtown Plainfield This Saturday

The frightening fun includes trick-or-treating, free pumpkins and more.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Young ghosts and goblins are invited to the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce's annual "Spooktacular" in downtown Plainfield from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28. The freaky fun starts with trick-or-treating at participating businesses. The event also offers hayrack rides, a petting zoo, free pumpkins and more.

  • Free pumpkins, decorating kits, popcorn, raffle & photo booth at Century 21, 15105 S. James St.
  • Haunted word game at participating businesses
  • Costume contest at Barvian Realty, 24252 W. Main St.
