St. Mary Immaculate Dominates at the Regional Science Fair
We would like to congratulate each and every 8th grader that participated in the Science Fair at St. Mary Immaculate this past January. The students worked very hard throughout the year on their projects.
On March 10th, twelve students showed their projects at the Regional Science Fair at University of St. Francis in Joliet. The students performed extremely well. All 10 projects won Gold Medals and all 10 projects were selected to compete at the State Fair at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, in May. Three of the projects earned perfect scores and four of the projects won awards for Best in Category.
