It Takes Many Hands

St. Mary Immaculate Parish, through the coordinating efforts of their Giving Tree Ministry, provided gifts to 243 families and 700+ individuals for Christmas 2015.

This year, SMI Giving Tree Ministry provided gifts for the Plainfield Interfaith Food Pantry, Rosewood Care Center (Joliet), Lakewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (Plainfield), Victory Centre of Joliet (Senior Living), Catholic Charities - Daybreak (Joliet), Guardian Angel Community Services (Joliet), Forest Park Community Center (Joliet) and Woman’s Choice Services (Bolingbrook/Lombard) along with all the many other families we work with directly.
