St. Mary Immaculate Parish VBS Splash Canyon Wild Ride A Success
We had 160+ children attend and nearly 60 volunteers who enjoyed our Splash Canyon Wild Ride!
A great big "thank you" to all the participants and volunteers who attended the St. Mary Immaculate Parish Vacation Bible School held June 18 - 22, 2018! An event like this takes an army of participants and volunteers! We had 160+ children attend and nearly 60 volunteers who enjoyed our Splash Canyon Wild Ride! Thank you to all the wonderful families who donated the items on our Donations Board -- you were amazing!!! A big thank you also goes to Meijer's (Plainfield), Tony's Finer Foods, Jewel Food Stores (Shorewood and Plainfield locations), Home Depot (Shorewood), Walmart (Shorewood) and Mariano's for gift certificates that were used for additional supplies! And we have to thank the ladies of CCW who helped with making our signs, miscellaneous craft preparations and decorating our travel bags! Lastly, thank you to all the parents and families that attended our closing Mass and pizza party on Friday! The food was delicious and it was wonderful to see so many attend!
