Swim Lesson Registration Going on Now at Plainfield Park District!

Splash into summer with swimming lessons at the Ottawa Street Pool! Plainfield Park District is a proud provider of American Red Cross programs that teach people of all ages the importance of learning to swim. Registration is open now, so be sure to sign up! Lessons are available for everyone 3 years and older.

Each session is 4 days long, beginning on Monday and ending on Thursday. Saturday swim lesson are also available. Lessons focus on basic swimming motions, breathing techniques and the fundamentals of backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle, and butterfly. Participants are grouped according to skill level.

The Ottawa Street Pool is located at 23820 W. Ottawa St., near downtown Plainfield.
