Montessori of Plainfield students host community food drive

While many families have struggled during this pandemic, some of us have been fortunate enough to still have our jobs, homes, and health. We would like your help to give back to our community, where some of our neighbors and friends may not have been so fortunate. The Montessori of Plainfield, with the help of our families and students would like to host a Food Drive for the surrounding community we represent. All donations will be taken to The Plainfield Area Interfaith Food Pantry. Our young students will be using their creativity to create colorful signs for this event. This is a great opportunity to model and teach our children about the importance of giving back to the communities in which they live and play. If you are able, please bring non-perishable donations to Montessori of Plainfield, located at 14710 S Plainfield/ Naperville Road, Suite 104, Plainfield. We will have a drop box in front of our building on Saturday May 30th from 1-5 pm. Look our for our students signs to lead the way! If you would prefer to send in a monetary donation, you can do so at the website listed below.
