Tree Removal Leads To Path Closure In Indian Boundary Line Road Work

Operations will impact the shared-use path on the south side of the creek and east of Indian Boundary Line Road.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Advanced tree removals are set to begin during the week of March 11 as part of the Indian Boundary Line Road project in Plainfield, officials said Friday.

The shared-use path on the south side of the creek, east of Indian Boundary Line Road, will remain closed for the duration of the tree operations.

Road work is currently slated for June, officials said. The project will involve creek culvert replacement, roadway reconstruction and underground utilities upgrades. A sidewalk will also be built on Indian Boundary Line Road.
