Prah, who played football at PHSCC, admits he’s not a big baseball fan, but the White Sox hold a special place in his heart.
Prah’s friends take his job in stride, even the ones who root for the other Chicago baseball team.
“I have friends who are (Chicago) Cubs’ fans who still think it’s cool but say, ‘Why couldn’t it be for the Cubs?’” he said.
Prah will attend the University of Iowa to study chemical engineering this fall, but said he wants to keep working for the White Sox as long as he can.
“It’s the perfect summer job,” he said. “I’ve been blessed with this opportunity.”
