Veterans Day Prayer Service

St. Mary Immaculate Parish School students, faculty, parents and visitors packed the Gym on Wednesday, November 11 for a Veterans’ Day Prayer Service at the start of the school day. Many thanks to all those who attended and assisted, including our Cub Scouts who presented the color guard honoring our U.S. flag. Special thanks and gratitude to our veterans who were so kind to take some time to join us and be honored. In attendance we had Marines Navy, and Army. Each veteran told the assembly their branch in the service and the years they served. What a great opportunity for our school to pay tribute to our local veterans and to raise awareness within our students of the great value of the sacrifices made by our military personnel. St. Mary Immaculate School provides an outstanding spiritual, academic, Christ-centered Catholic education for students in Preschool through eighth grade.
