Where's the Customer

I arrived at a lock job tonight - the house was dark - and there was no customer to be found.  Her farther had called the job in.  So I called him back and he told me his daughter would be around the back of the house.  She was around the back of the house.  She was on the upstairs balcony and locked out of her house.  She had stepped out onto the balcony of her new house and the stick she uses as extra security on her sliding door fell back into place after she closed the door.  She and her 2 dogs were now 2 stories above the ground and locked out - without her cell phone.  She had just moved in and didn't even know her neighbors, but shouted out until someone heard her at 7:30 on a Monday night.  Her father got a hold of me and I was able to get her into her house within a few minutes of arriving.
