Woodman's In Plainfield On Track For Fall Opening: Mayor
The anticipated opening is on track with what village officials previously outlined.
PLAINFIELD, IL — Woodman's Market is on track to open its Plainfield superstore this fall, Mayor John Argoudelis told Patch Monday.
"They're moving right along," the mayor said of the buildout at the northeast corner of Route 59 and 119th Street. "They're working at pace."
Argoudelis stated in the past that the store was expected to open in October.

The development will feature a store bigger than Costco, a gas station and an oil change center. Shoppers can look forward to competitive prices and 24/7 hours, the mayor said.
In addition to the 240,000-square-foot store, the 36-acre plot of land will also have room for several more outlots open to additional development.
