Calm the mind, regulate the body, and reconnect to your center in this grounding Kundalini + Gong workshop designed to support nervous system balance and deep relaxation.
We’ll begin with intentional Kundalini-inspired movement, breathwork, and meditation to help release stress, reduce overstimulation, and prepare the body for healing. The experience concludes with an immersive gong sound bath, allowing the nervous system to soften, the mind to quiet, and the body to enter a deeply restorative state.
