• Riverside seeks state grant for downtown street work (rblandmark.com) — Riverside is pursuing more than $2.2 million in state transportation funds to overhaul key downtown streets, including Riverside Road, East Quincy, East Avenue and Forest Avenue. If the grant comes through, construction would begin in 2028, bringing wider sidewalks, safer crosswalks, new lighting, bike racks and landscaping, with the village covering less than $800,000 of the total cost.
