ROCKFORD, IL — Two Rockford men face felony charges after an investigation into child sexual abuse materials led to the discovery of an illegal drug operation, police said.
Noah T. Webb, 20, is charged with three counts of child sexual abuse materials possession and Robert L. Webb, 43, is charged with cannabis possession with intent to deliver, according to state police.
Authorities this spring received an online tip about child sexual abuse materials in Winnebago County and an investigation led officers to execute a search warrant Thursday at Noah Webb’s home in the 2800 block of Garfield Drive, police said. While at the residence, officers found the illegal cannabis grow operation, according to police.
Both men were taken to the Winnebago County Jail pending their first court appearances, police said.
