Little Caesars Celebrates First-of-its-Kind Self-Service Restaurant Grand Opening with Free Pizza

On Saturday, November 15, Little Caesars will celebrate the grand opening of its first-ever self-service restaurant, located at 3134 11th Street in Rockford, IL. Starting at 11 a.m., the first 100 guests in line will receive a free Classic Pizza!

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., guests are invited to enjoy a variety of entertainment and activities, including giveaways from the Little Caesars prize wheel, photo opportunities with the Little Caesars mascot, live music from an onsite DJ, and more!

At 12 p.m., representatives from Little Caesars and members of the Rockford community will gather for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the restaurant’s debut.

To extend the excitement beyond grand opening day, guests may redeem a free Large Classic Pizza with the purchase of any Non-Classic Pizza when ordering online or through the Little Caesars app using promo code GRANDOPENING, now through December 14, 2025.

The new 2,280-square-foot restaurant in Rockford officially opened its doors on October 24, bringing 30 new jobs to the Rockford community. Designed with today’s guests in mind, the store introduces a modern, technology-driven experience focused on speed, simplicity, and convenience. The restaurant welcomes guests Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.

This first-of-its-kind design removes the traditional walk-up counter and simplifies the ordering experience from start to finish. Guests who place mobile orders through the Little Caesars app or online will find their order ready for pickup in the dedicated Mobile Order Pickup Zone. For walk-in customers, Hot-N-Ready® Self-Serve stations will feature pre-made favorites—like Classic Pizzas, Crazy Bread®, and more—kept hot and ready to grab. Guests can simply select an available item, scan, pay at the self-checkout, and go, enjoying a seamless, contactless experience faster than ever before.
