Four Men Arrested For Soliciting Sex In Rockford
Rockford Police Department officers made several arrests during an undercover operation aimed at those soliciting sex.

ROCKFORD, IL —Rockford Police Department officers arrested four men Monday, June 25, as the result of that day's undercover operation targeting purchasers of sex, or what police say are commonly referred to as "Johns." According to RPD, the operation was conducted by District 2 patrol officers and department S.C.O.P.E team officers.
The operation is part of the department's "end demand" move to tackle prostitution and human trafficking by targeting those responsible for driving the demand for the commercial sex industry
RPD officials reported the following four individuals were arrested and their vehicles were impounded. They've all been charged with Solicitation of a Sex Act:

- Robert Moll, 62, of Williams Bay, Wisconsin

- Keith Welch, 34, of Belvidere, Illinois

- Christopher Brown, 46, of Rockford, Illinois

- Zachariah Singletary, 32, of Rockford, Illinois
