$10K Semi Stolen, Illegal Fireworks, DUI: Romeoville Blotter
Incidents and arrests occurred between June 23 and July 6.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
June 23
Joana Ortega, 18, of the 500 block of Cumberland Ln. in Bolingbrook, was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of South Weber Road.

Russel Held, 19, of the 2000 block of Kentland Dr., was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of South Weber Road.
June 24

Juan Serrano, of the 200 block of Raynor Ave. in Joliet, was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane use. The arrest occurred in the area of Route 53 and Normantown Road.
A retail theft was reported in 0-100 block of South Weber Road. Someone took liquor valued at $47.98 from the business.
June 25
Kassandra Barrera, 23, of the 100 block of Yarrow Ct., was charged with driving under the influence, illegal transport of alcohol, failure to reduce speed and no seat belt. The arrest occurred in the area of Belmont and Murphy.
June 26
Irving Casildo, 21, of the 500 block of Westnedge Rd., was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use and obstructing a police officer.
June 27
A theft over $500.00 was reported in the 700 block of Theodore Court. Someone took a semi-trailer valued at $10,000.00 along with an undetermined amount of wooden pallets from the business.
June 28
A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of illegal fireworks in the 400 block of Clifton.
Two 17-year-old juveniles and a 15-year-old juvenile were arrested in the area of Kingston and Montrose Drive for a curfew violation.
June 30
Daniel Galle, 36, of the 0-100 block of Brompton Ct. in Bolingbrook, was charged with criminal trespass to property. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of North Independence.
A theft under $500.00 was reported in the 300 block of Kirman. Someone took a mountain bike valued at $100 from the driveway of the residence.
July 1
A residential burglary was reported in the 700 block of Geneva. Someone entered the residence and took two shotguns with a total value of $800 from the home.
A burglary from motor vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Haller. Someone entered the vehicle and took a laptop computer valued at $500.
July 2
A residential burglary and motor vehicle theft was reported in the 500 block of South Wynbrooke. Someone took a Honda Civic, keys, television, computer and gaming console from the residence. Estimated value of the items taken is $16,970.
July 3
Three criminal damages to properties were reported in the 1900 of Trafalger Drive. In each case, a mailbox or its mounting pole was damaged by someone. Total estimated damage is $155.
A burglary from motor vehicle was reported in the 900 block of Biltmore Court. Someone took a laptop computer valued at $899 from a vehicle parked in the driveway of the residence.
July 4
A burglary from motor vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of Key Largo. Someone took a wristlet and headphones valued at $75 from a vehicle parked in the driveway of the residence.
A theft under $500 was reported in the 200 block of Richmond Drive. Someone took a package containing clothing valued at $123.09 from the front porch of the residence.
July 6
Charielle Smart, 18, of the 600 block of Zachary Dr. in Romeoville, was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Weber Road.
