135th Street Bridge Joint Repair Work Begins In Romeoville

ROMEOVILLE, IL — Lane closures started Wednesday on the 135th Street bridge over the Sanitary and Ship Canal in Romeoville, according to a notification from the Village. The lane closures are needed so joint repair work can be done on the bridge deck, the village said.

Both the east and westbound lanes will be impacted over the course of the project.

Village Manager Dawn Caldwell said the project should be completed within two weeks.
