2022 Volunteer Workdays Planned At O'Hara Woods

Monthly workdays are held from 8 to 11 a.m.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Conservation Foundation and the Friends of O'Hara Woods will hold monthly volunteer workdays throughout 2022.

According to the village website, volunteers will cut invasive brush, burn brush piles, pull garlic mustard and collect seed from native plants. Volunteers will meet in the parking lot off of Beverly J. Griffin drive.

Volunteers should bring a water bottle, a pair of work gloves and dress for the weather, according to the Village.
