289 Grams of Pot Found During Traffic Stop
The 26-year-old Romeoville man was pulled over for speeding when police saw multiple bags of marijuana.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — More than half a pound of marijuana was found during a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon in Bolingbrook.
Winfred Richter, 26, of the 200 block of Williamsburg in Romeoville, was charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and possession of drug equipment after the Will County Sheriff’s Gang Suppression Unit stopped his car for speeding at 2:33 p.m.
Deputies saw an open white plastic bag with multiple bags of marijuana inside - 289 grams to be exact, or .64 lbs.

Richter is currently lodged in the Will County jail. His bail has been set at 10 percent of $30,000.
