ROMEOVILLE, IL — Will County Board Member Destinee Ortiz will hold a community town hall in Romeoville on Sept. 12.
Ortiz said the town hall will give residents an opportunity to ask questions and give input directly to their county representative.
The town hall will also include discussion of Flock license plate reader cameras, county taxes and spending, upcoming County Board business, and other issues affecting Will County residents.
"Residents have raised a lot of questions about Flock cameras, data centers, and taxes," Ortiz said in a news release. "This town hall will give residents an opportunity to ask those questions directly, learn what is being proposed, and better understand how these developments could affect their communities."
Residents throughout Will County are welcome to attend. Space is limited to 100 guests, so once you RSVP, you'll be given location details. You can RSVP online: https://forms.gle/HKfM45mPZWzgT7ddA
