New Concession and Restroom Facilities Coming to Village Park

The Village Board has approved the purchase of a prefabricated concession stand/public restroom building to be installed as part of the Village Park renovation.

The layout selected will contain four gender neutral ADA accessible restrooms, a concession stand, mechanical room, sprinkler system, and small storage area.

Located between the Recreation Center and Village Hall campus, these restrooms are heavily utilized, especially with their proximity to nearby tennis courts, playground, Dale Blum field, and five ballfields. The new structure will replace the aging facility that was built in 1984.

"Our Parks and Recreation team do an amazing job maintaining our facilities, but it's time to give this site an update," said Mayor Noak. "This new multipurpose building will enhance the experience for countless families coming to the park for years to come."
